Process

What happens after you hit reserve

    Create your pilot account

    Just your name, phone and email. It takes a minute and costs nothing.

  2. 02

    Run the AI-powered screening

    Enter a few dates and snap photos of your certificate, medical, insurance and ID. The AI-powered check reviews them in seconds. A current flight review is the only hard requirement.

  3. 03

    Get approved

    A member of the Hobbs Aviation team reviews every screening, usually within minutes during business hours. You get an email the moment you are cleared.

  4. 04

    Buy hours, reserve and fly

    Choose an hour block, pay by card and reserve your slot. On arrival, check in from your phone — dispatch confirms your booking and escorts you to the aircraft.
