What happens after you hit reserve

    Create your pilot account

    Certificate, medical, flight review and insurance details in one form. Nothing is charged at this stage.

  2. 02

    Screen against the minimums

    Every aircraft publishes its own minimums. The screening tool tells you where you stand before you ask for a slot.

  3. 03

    Take the slot instantly

    Pick your date and time on the live schedule. The slot holds under your name while we verify your documents.

  4. 04

    Fly, then record Hobbs

    Enter Hobbs out and Hobbs in from your account. The invoice is the difference multiplied by your rate — nothing else.
