Block Pricing, $165 To $142 Wet
We sell hours in blocks only. Billed on the Hobbs meter, fuel and oil included. The 10 hour block runs at the standard rate and the 50 hour block at $157; the career track at 100 and 500 hours steps down to $142 per hour.

Four Blocks
Paid up front, drawn down on the Hobbs meter across any aircraft on the line. Unused hours expire at the end of the window.
Standard track

10 AND 20 HOUR BLOCKS
The published wet rate. Priced to hold a twenty percent margin over fuel, reserves, insurance, lease and hangar.
Career track

100 AND 500 HOUR BLOCKS
For pilots flying to commercial and airline minimums. The discount is funded by the utilisation the block commits to.

What Is Included
- Fuel and oil at the base rate, uplifted at KPGD.
- Aircraft hull and liability insurance covering the owner.
- Tie-down at KPGD.
- Routine maintenance and inspections.
What Is Not
- Renter's insurance — you carry your own policy.
- Landing, ramp, or overnight fees away from KPGD.
- Fuel purchased away from KPGD. It is not reimbursed. Where reimbursement is agreed in advance, it is credited at $5.00 per gallon, not receipt value.
- Flight instruction. None is offered here.
